Members FlyingFish Posted September 10, 2018 Members Posted September 10, 2018 Hey guys, I’m new to fishing Stockton and to targeting walleyes. Any advice on Stockton walleye tactics for the late summer and early fall? Not looking for anyone to give up their best spot or anything just a nudge in the right direction so I can do the work to figure it out from there. Thanks alot
MoCarp Posted September 10, 2018 Posted September 10, 2018 cloudy days chunking stick baits on windy points can land you the biggest fish of the year, beaching your boat and walking the bank can be a huge pattern for walleyes and bonus whites, have done well on that pattern even till turkey day...play with the retrieve it can make a difference I start with jerk... jerk.. glide... pause and go from there mikeak and dan hufferd 2 MONKEYS? what monkeys?

dan hufferd Posted September 11, 2018 Posted September 11, 2018 Just about any point, if it is sunny I go for channel swing, where the fish can go to several depths without having to travel, that is middle of the day. MoCarp and mikeak 2
