Members Greg B. Posted December 7, 2018 Author Members Posted December 7, 2018 I wondered. It’s on both sides? Might just be interference. I’m still learning so I had to ask
nomolites Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 I don’t know how he is set up but especially being on both sides looks like interference. Usually trolling motor or trim motor on outboard.... I usually just use one side when shooting docks because it gives me much better clarity. All you really need to know is if they are stacked in there and about how deep though...then there’s figuring out how to skip them jigs way back up in there 😉. At least that is one fishing application where an inexpensive glass rod works best! Mike
shrapnel Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 Several things in thos epics besides big crappie. The fuzzy lines are in fact trolling motor interference, good call. The hard lines are the dock floats, the pic showing the right side shows a school of baitfish near bottom. I can try to make a detailed explanation pic if it would help anyone...thats actually not that good of a representation of side imaging though, I just snapped it on my phone for the size of the crappie.
