Met Sprint a little after 9 this morning for a day of cranking and jerking.  Just knew we would wreck them,  but alas, we did not.   Probably caught 15-20 with 5 keepers.   Only a handful on crank and the rest on jerk and a rig.   All keepers were on jerk or rig.   WT 48.  If i would have stayed home i would have told myself i should have been fishing they are probably eating.   But still a great day with a great friend.   Thanks Sprint.

fished around big m and eagle rock, and nothing much to write home about.  would have thought the shallow bite would have been pretty good.

15-20 is not a bad day.

Seems like 2 weeks ago they were starting to move in, but now they seem to be backing off.

We were at Big M as well.  Jerk bait and a few on spoons.  Got off the water when it started to rain at about 11.  Nothing to write home about- finished with 8 or 9.  All smallish k’s. We couldn’t really find any suspended fish or large balls of shad.  A few suspended fish off of Viney but they were very scattered.  Really wanted to crank some fish and thought it was set up for it but we got no love on the Rk.
