Don Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 We floated Little Sugar Creek Friday June 21. Beautiful water. My friend and I brought in at least a dozen smallmouth each 8-12 in. I lost at least that many as well. Ned Rig PBJ was the most productive. Real fun trip. evilcatfish, tjm, snagged in outlet 3 and 4 others 7 Don May I caught you a delicious bass.
tjm Posted June 27, 2019 Posted June 27, 2019 That's one of my spots. Water was a bit high for good fishing imo. Glad you caught some. edit later> After thinking about this I may have spoken with you for a minute at the low water bridge. I talked to a couple guys there one evening last week.
Don Posted June 29, 2019 Author Posted June 29, 2019 We saw only one person on the river fishing. Had an orange kayak. Spoke to a few people when we took out at low water bridge. Don May I caught you a delicious bass.
ollie Posted July 1, 2019 Posted July 1, 2019 Yep, that is a good float when the water is like this. Once it goes down though the water gets real skinny in areas. "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!
