BPS Speed Shad vs Keitech

Which shad bait do you think is a better choice Speed Shad or Keitech Impact? Can you also tell me the reasons why? Thanks.

I think you put either one in front of a fish he cant tell the difference.  Speed Shad is a little tougher plastic, but thats about all i see different

I like using them both. Keitechs are softer and have more scent. I use them both pretty much interchangeably. Keitechs give me a bit more confidence, but I don’t know that there is any real fish catching difference.

I think that when the fish are finicky the keitech is better, due to it being softer,has a better scent, and a slightly better action. I also have more confidence in getting a bite with it. After I have found some fish I will almost always switch to the speed shad because of durability and price.

Tackle warehouse the Keitechs are 5.99 up to the 3.8

Bass pro the speed shads are 5.99 too

 

I thought they were cheaper too until i just looked

Their durability makes them cheaper. Pro staff discounts also help.

Thanks for the advice. Going to Canada this summer and trying to decide which ones to take. Probably take the Speed Shad.

I fish the Keitechs a lot, they just flat out work.  Their softness gives them a better kick at slow speeds.  Super glue them to the jig head.

I like the head wobble of the keitechs , I dont see it with the speed shad.
