I told my wife probably won’t want to use the Logs cut after that because Sap will be running. oneshot

Gavin Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 Maybe...fall or next spring. Just depends on how fast the mycyellium grows..Been ten years since I did shitake logs. Small oak 3-6" is what you want. Usually last a couple years before its over. You have inspired me to do some next winter, thanks!
