Fish Bork Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 Is it totally flooded or is it fishable? SWMO seems to be blown out and I really want to go fishing Time flies like an arrow. Fruit flies like a banana.
fishinwrench Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 Definitely fishable. Lake level is 655.6 so you kinda gotta know your way around.....and dodge the snaggers. Crappie are on 🔥

All I know is what I'm hearing, I haven't been out except for here close catching crappie. They say the bass bite is really slow. I feel like I could go out and do pretty good....but it's possible that I'm better off just THINKING that without having to go out and prove it. 😊 I know you could plant corn in the upper Gravois right now.
Members Point Posted March 19, 2020 Members Posted March 19, 2020 Crappie being caught is the back water side?
snagged in outlet 3 Posted March 20, 2020 Posted March 20, 2020 I’m staying local. It isn’t the best setting but there’s fish and I don’t have to spend much in gas money with a cold front on the front porch.

Fish Bork Posted March 20, 2020 Author Posted March 20, 2020 Went there yesterday evening got there around 6:15 threw white swimming minnows caught 4 hybrids, 1 white and snagged a smaller paddlefish that I got up to the surface before he got off (hook came out) and a nice carp.
