Got to run this sweet girl today. 57 model, nice shape. Just needed some fresh gas. Water pump even worked.

Wish I had a boat to put it on.

                    I know where there is one about like that. A Missouri tag on it too. I'll get a picture of it sometime. It was my grandfathers.

Got another one too, a newer model, probably mid 60s. My great grandpa bought it new. 

I have aspirations to build a river boat and put it on that, but I don't know if that will ever happen. Don't know crap about fishing rivers. 

Missouri's stupid title law makes it hard to register these little motors. Hard to find them with paperwork.

               The motor that I know was handed down to my father it is in my moms garage. My father titled it and I believe the title is around somewhere. You are right also it is a nightmare if you don't have the correct stuff. 

    Got another question for you MrGiggles. I see you are from Collins. Did you get into some of that great crappie fishing to the West of you a few miles?

54 bridge towards El Dorado? Been there a couple times in the past but not recently. Floated it once further up from Caplinger to Blackjack (?), a buddy's bachelor party, although that trip was more about chugging beers than fishing.

I have access to a few private ponds just a little ways away, those are my go-to for bank fishing, if public waters beat me up a little too bad and I want to cheat.

                     Yes it was hot for awhile. I'm not able to do the bank deal so much anymore but did have a couple great days out of the boat. I mean real well. 

 Nothing wrong with ponds. I get a pretty good fix once and awhile at those.
