Yes, I only CPR (Catch Photo Release). I kept 6 crappies this spring for a meal and before that i cant tell you the last time i kept a fish. from 2000-2014 i fished the Mississippi from St. Cloud MN to Clearwater MN and i only CPR.  Not looking to fill a cooler n eat any, just looking for a change of scenery.

I'll be bringing my big boat n just avoiding the rivers with limits or atleast the sections. I have a smaller boat, its a 10' Minijet boat with 100hp in it. Even my small boat wont work in those hp limited areas.

Do you have pics of the minijet?  Sounds like a cool boat...and it would be one heck of a ride...thanks

Your rivers up there are so much more productive. Are they getting trounced because of Corona virus? Ours are down here.

I'd be looking at the Gasconade River also.  No HP limits there, and it's a better smallmouth river than the Current.

More productive or less daily pressure? The rivers up here? The Red River is the current river i have closest to me and it has it share of traffic.
