Members Brian D Posted May 31, 2021 Members Posted May 31, 2021 So, buddy and I went. 7:15-1:30. Water looked like chocolate milk, but hey, beats Tablerock madness. Didnt get a bite one in the muddy water. Decided to look for cleaner. We fished 3 smaller creeks that you could see the mud line. Hmmmm. We caught a few. 2 small dinks and few ranging from 2 to 3.5. Bladed jig and a finesse style football jig did the job. This is the first time I’ve fished BS with the water so high. Challenging to say the least. terryj1024, rogerdodger and Fish24/7 3
Fish24/7 Posted May 31, 2021 Posted May 31, 2021 Thank you for the fish report There still has to be an early topwater bite shallow somewhere in the back of a creek. I was just digging through my buzzbaits changing out old skirts, sharpening hooks, and thinking about going this week and get on the water before daylight. mixermarkb, Brian D and terryj1024 3
