Fished around Point 5 yesterday for a few hours trying to catch some smallmouth. Caught a couple really small ones. Was using some small swim baits and crankbaits. Water temp was 70. I thought they would have been more turned on but may still be a little early.

Last time out on Beaver, a few weeks ago, that was all I caught, smallies around 10-11 inches.  Must have been a good spawn that year.
