Take the fish off the lure before you take a pic.  Keeps what you caught it on a secret from all of the internet stalkers

I like having the bait attached when I take the pic so I can know what I caught it on.  If I get stuck I get stuck.  I've been past the barb once on a rattle trap.  I survived.

The internet stalkers don't bother me much.  I don't have any secret spots or baits.  I fish well known places with well known techniques.

That was my first thought.  Quite a long shot in my opinion, but I've been wrong once or twice.

I know a guy who has a lake lot there and he was crazy about doing his own stocking in his own Lac. He eventually was caught by the local police and made to stop. He infrequently posts here about Hybrids and bitches about illegal gigging incessantly lol He told me he put Smallies and Largemouth and Crappie in Two Lacs. I have caught Smallies up to 17 inches from the one Lac he paddle boards in all the time.

I was thinking it was dumped in from the Big River by someone.  Not me.

I have fished most of the lakes.  Buddy lives there for several years.

The water is deep and clear enough to support them, but I doubt if they spawn or raise.

I stocked SMB in a new 5 acre pond I built around 2005.  We sold that little farm 7 years later and we were catching 3 distinct year classes of SMB at the time.  Eastern KS deep pond with a ton of rock.  They can spawn in the right pond conditions, but eventually the LMB will probably outcompete them.
