Nice fish Sandy! If you see a couple newbie fly fisherman at Taney today, it might be my brother in law and a couple members from his church. He's fly fished 4-5 times and guess he's guiding the other guys.🤣

@foghorn Always glad to not be the newbiest newbie on the creek   But I left it with the weekenders.  Too crowded for this country girl.

If it weren't for bad luck, I wouldn't have any!  I've done nothing but break line, lose flies, and wear my shoulder out.  A few dinks is all I have to show for it.  Hooked one nice one and the fly pulled out this morning.  I'm not giving up, but really discouraged.

On occasion at Maramac in the C&R I've had some mighty slow days. Had a slow day with Rick and Harv one cold winter C&R day at Montauk. Might not have been as slow but my brand new waist high waders leaked right out of the box.

@Foghorn Don't know if we ever had any leak right out of the box, but definitely in the first couple trips. Won't say any names, but it starts and ends with "s".
