That is my strategy for next weekend. 2-day kayak tournament. First day James River and Flat Creek arms power fishing shallow. Depending in how that goes, will do main lake points and channel swings fishing shallow early morning and move out with a jig late morning thru end of the tourney on the 2nd day Will also have a jerkbait and spoon handy.
