oneshot 1 Posted February 10, 2023 Author Posted February 10, 2023 I use to go 4 hours a day before I became so messed up. Don't swim or shower there. Have to have someone take me. Last time I was driving. Went to my Pickup and realized I had left it running for four hours. That was back when I cut Firewood, Garden and went Hunting. Probably wouldn't realize it if it was Electric. oneshot

Ketchup Posted February 21, 2023 Posted February 21, 2023 Don’t let the facility, or lack of stop you from exercising. There is lots you can do at home. Grab a broom and start sweeping. That’s great cardio. Put on some rubber gloves, grab some cleaner, kneel down and scrub the toilet. That down and up is good for the legs and hips. Load/unload the dishwasher which is good for the back. You see, no need to leave the house, AND your wife will think you have been traded in for a better oneshot. Been taking care of Chickens. Work out with Dumbell. Fill Wood Box and do Garden Work. Can only do so much with one Arm. oneshot
oneshot 1 Posted February 28, 2023 Author Posted February 28, 2023 Well seems like most I can workout with my ride is 20 minutes. Changed machines and burn 3X the calories in same amount of time. Now just need to aim it at losing more weight. oneshot
