Got a Renter.  I am needing some digging done. Oh I know a guy that will do it for fuel. 

Needing Gravel. Oh I know a guy that will bring some for cost of the Gravel.

He is just moving across the holler but I'm going to keep him close.

I learned a long time ago I don't want to do business with anyone who's not making a fair profit.  Neither side of a transaction that's not fair is likely to ever go away happy.
