jdmidwest Posted March 11, 2023 Posted March 11, 2023 HOPEFULLY.. Spring forward tonite. Maybe they will make it permanent now. My body has woke up an hour early since the fall back time last fall. I never could adjust to it, so I have lost many hours of restful deep sleep over the winter. fishinwrench Posted March 11, 2023 Posted March 11, 2023 My body doesn't care whether the clock says it's midnight or 11 o'clock. I'm less active during the winter, so I find myself waking up sooner, and needing less sleep. I doubt that would change regardless of what any clock says. I do love longer sunlight periods though.
