I was out on Sunday morning and had a rough time, one 14" walleye and a white bass.

The water was real scummy on the main lake. Never seen it like that, clear a few inches down and you could see clouds of muck just below the surface. Back in the coves it was much clearer, 10ft of visibility.

Found some weeds for the first time ever on Stockton.

We found probably that exact thing last summer up there.  Not sure if its the same spot but was on the northern end of the lake in a cove over on the west side.  Prob couldn't find it again if I had too but I though it was very odd and have never seen it again up there.

We had a good day Friday started about noon and had 12 keepers by about 6 mainly on bb 16-20 feet, Saturday and Sunday was quite a bit harder with the rain and wind we ended up with 21 for the weekend caught a lot of shorts and a few crappie sorry for the delay.

That's a great job. Congrats.

Sounds like it may be the same spot, this was in one of the last coves before the split on the little sac, same side as state park marina. Pretty good patch of it there.

Several years ago mdc tried to grow some vegetation on the flat by mutton creek it grew for a while held fish but ultimately failed I think they had to sink them in pots so they could grow don’t know if that might be left over from that or not.
