Why did the lake level below the dam go from 701.3 to 702.5 ?

With the 20 cubic feet per second flow provided by the in house unit -

That gives us 20 cubic feet per second flow total when not generating. Not 1000 or 200.... twenty.

This causes a back up - a back flow situation in the lake which has become more noticeable with this newer raised lake level.

Losing flow is beneficial to nothing and no one.

The only common sense reason is less water flowing out of the pool between the dam and rebar.  Thus rebar is slightly higher, holding back water.  No other reason I can think of.

At 5pm - the water has been turned on - the numbers show it - but the flow stays at 20 ?

What on earth ?

The data for Norfork has also been hit or miss lately. Guess the COE is having some problems.
