Winter Camping - COE Campgrounds

Does anyone on there have any information if Winter camping is allowed at COE campgrounds at Table Rock and how it might work?  I understand that there won't be water or bath facilities, but just wondering if they are open at all.  I can't find any information on their web site and when I tried to call it was at least a 30min wait.  Someone told me that they may have a pay box or it might just be free.  I just want to make sure before I drive down with my camper.  Thanks in advance!

There was someone camped at Cape Fair Monday.  It looked like they had electricity.

Lots of people at the State Park.   Plugged in and cooking bbq.  Beautiful location at sunset.

Thanks guys.  I did get ahold of someone at State Park, and they do advertise being open for the Winter and even keep one shower house open.  I appreciate the feedback.
