7-01-24 Cape Fair

Jeff met me at 05:30 this morning.  We headed to the not hot spot.  This place has been very good for several trips but not a bite today.  So we started pecking and scratching.  We got one here and there on jigs and Crigs.  Only 2 of the regular places produced.  We caught some of each of the three regular bass species.  We wound up with 16 three of them keeper lmb.   They were on rocky banks and points, but not deep.

The air was 71° when we arrived and 82° when we departed.  Everywhere we went the water showed 86°.
