netboy Posted April 17 Posted April 17 I fished the Cotter walk-in access yesterday and had a decent morning. The water was running at 1 unit until 11 am and then it increased to around 3 units when I left. I had the best luck early using a size 16 Y2K under an indicator and then around 9 the caddis started popping. I switched to an elk hair dry fly and did well with that. I had quite a few takes and missed a number of fish due to setting the hook too soon. Ended the morning with a couple dozen including this nice brown. He took the elk hair and it was fun watching him come up and eat it. Jighog, nomolites, ness and 12 others 14 1
