Maverickpro201 Posted June 30 Posted June 30 Fished mostly in the morning for 5 days due to heat. Jig and trailer craw seemed to be the best for me. Plastic worms were not bad either. fished mostly channel bends and main lake points. Water temp 78 to 80 degrees. Water creamy color in most area, but the bass did not seem to care. Caught 5 to 6 nice fat 2 1/2 to 3lb bass in 3 to 4 hours, 2 mornings with a bunch of shorts. 1 morning 4 hours caught a nice 5 1/2 lber along with 3 other keepers. Next day struck out with 2 small keepers. Changed it up, because I heard they were on long flats on crankbaits. Boy they were, 3 over 4lbs, 4 over 3lbs, and must have been 10 or more, 2 plus lbers. And probably 20 plus shorts but really fat, fat ones. All and all a good trip snagged in outlet 3, rps, Lloyd and 1 other 4
