DADAKOTA Posted July 30 Posted July 30 Dutch - What Regs do you speak of? MDC? State? Quillbacks response contained, "Recreational activities such as fishing, swimming, and diving are prohibited from public use including marina customers and patrons. " That would seem to preclude slip renters from fishing off the docks.

tjm Posted July 30 Posted July 30 Quillback's post referenced a USACE document and if they did that at Table Rock, it would make sense that they have similar commercial zone regulations on all Corp reservoirs. I'm not sure who would have that authority on the Lake Ozarks or Taneycomo? Who licenses commercial docks on those ponds?

TR is Little Rock. Stockton is in Kansas City.
