Cotter access 1-3

SWPA was predicting minimum flow today but bumped the flow up to a little less than 1 unit. That level still provides plenty of wading opportunities. I went to the Cotter access and had a good morning. Very few people out and only 1 trailer in the parking lot. Ended the morning with lots of rainbows and a couple medium size browns. Best fly today was a size 12 olive/brown woolly bugger.
