Hmmmm, I agree to an extent, but have to say not all should be judged in such a way. In rural areas, (which country lane infers), it is a way of life as well as sometimes necessary for underage kids to drive. I have been driving on my own since I was 12 or 13 in between our farms shuttling equipment, hauling hay, etc. It was always on low traffic dirt roads, maybe the occasional paved road and always where/how my parents told me to do it. There is rarely a day that I dont see someone under 16 driving something around my house. Yes I am talking about an agricultural setting, but as long as they aren't being stupid, whats the harm? I'd rather a kid learn to drive prior to getting a license than get a license and then learn to drive. Just my opinion
