  1. Nope. Watch it every day it’s on. Good show. They are as close to ground zero as anyone. New news comes from them before most.
  2. Stage 7 will be at TR . Just saw this on Bass Talk Live.
  3. I believe a majority have spawned already. Second wave is up now. The pros are seeing fry quite a bit.
  4. It will automatically pop up on main page during event days
  5. Take of is at State Park. Other events are in these pics. Be cool to meet Dale Earnhardt Jr.
  6. Need to download MLF app. You can also keep up with live scoring on score tracker or watch it live. I’ll have it on all day. Love it. Especially when it’s a familiar body of water.
  7. Yes. It’s open to the public. They will have a ceremonial first cast. Then take off.
  8. The pros really like fishing till lines out. Changes everything.
  9. MLF and BPT. Same umbrella. Different events. BPT is live and MLF is taped.
  10. The warmer the water gets the more important that morning bite becomes. Always seems to be a lull in the second period. Then bite picks back up. I think we all experience the same thing postspawn.
  11. This is a regular event. Not a summit cup. If it’s like all the others they will have free reign of the lake. No going back during period breaks. They will take off from one location, have time to get to their spots then lines in. I really wish they would show the first period live. The best part of the day is the morning most times. I hope to watch it from the water. Not sure I’ll get to.
  12. The older Elite guys not named Evers are having a longer learning curve than some of the younger guys. I think you will see some old familiar names in this event. 100lb day is doable for sure. The Rock is on fire. Possible last wave of spawners moving up with the full moon. Should be fun to watch.
  13. Are the fish schooling around points or in the middle?
  14. What Bill said. Top 10 fish Saturday. MLF guys start practicing on Sunday. Saturday will be your best day more than likely.
  15. That’s great! Glad you had fun. I was there last Friday afternoon. Didn’t get a lot of fishing in due to storms popping up.
  16. It’s a bit too early yet. Once that weather and water level stabilizes they will move up. Looking forward to pitching and flipping lay downs and brush myself.
  17. I’ll add to quillback’s statement. If you use a shorter shank jig head it will give that swimbait a lot more tail action. Longer hooks on jig head restrict that action. Try the 2.8 if you aren’t getting bit on 3.3. I’d stay around the clear end. Try some areas with trees sticking out of the water that are fairly close to the bank. Throw to the bank and work it through the trees on the way back to the boat. Most fish are 20 ft or less right now.
  18. This was taken by Cabelas in Rogers, Ar. It was less than a mile from our house.
  19. 1125 ish
  20. I wonder if the lake being down has something to do with it. Numbers were way down in that area from last few years
  21. I fished Indian Creek yesterday in the tournament. We caught 4 keeper blacks up there. No KYs to be found. It was odd. All on flukes. We couldn’t get that big bite which is what makes the difference this time of year. Had just shy of 10lbs. Had fun but it was a grind. Usually this time of year we catch tons of fish. Not yesterday.
  22. Some ding dong in a kayak tournament shortened his board so the fish would appear longer. Always someone trying to get an edge.
  23. Ricky Searcy at Bella Vista Marine is a great mechanic. Treat you right and do good work
  24. You folks be safe out there. This is happening too often. https://www.nwahomepage.com/news/emergency-crews-respond-to-possible-drowning-at-beaver-lake/1861731694?utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook_KNWA_-_Northwest_Arkansas_News
  25. Thanks for sharing that story. I loved it. I have been fishing for about 10 years on Beaver and I have yet to find a money spot like that. One of these days it will happen.
