It was really hard for me too. I started getting suspicious. Lew's was a major contributor and it wasn't even on their website. I went to their Facebook page and went back to the day they were giving it away and found it. Pretty low key for such a great cause.

He does one every Wednesday. He is a hell of a guy and probably gives more info than he should.

Hard to go wrong with Shimano spinning reel. The lower end ones are still pretty good. If you spend $60 plus with Simano it should do what you need. I like the 2500 size. Just the right size.

It would be fine if people weren't being lazy and rude. I was by myself and still took the time to unload and park the truck down the road. Some of these guys were 2 and 3 to a boat and still leaving their trucks and trailers in the way. Simple common courtesy goes a long way.

They are dropping TR pretty quickly. Beaver on the other hand is not dumping anything right now. Not sure why.

Am I in the right to be irritated at these people that are parking their truck and trailer where the old parking lot is? They are backing their rigs to the water and leaving them there. Luckily some had left by the time I got done or I would have been screwed. I unloaded and parked up the road. Am I wrong in thinking that way? Thoughts?

St.Croix makes a heck of a rod. Forgot to mention them. Can't go wrong if you stick with Falcon,Loomis or St.Croix.

It's just fun to go out and actually catch fish for a change. I've been bangin my head against the wall at Beaver. Table Rock just seems to set up better. If you study and go by what the fish should be doing in a given season a guy can be rewarded for putting in the time. Typically run that pattern all over. Beaver just isn't as consistent.
