  1. Gator. I have my paperwork at home but im pretty sure it's Table Rock State Park Marina. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  2. If the rain is warmer than water temp it could be a great wiggle wart bite. Doubt it will be though. The best day I ever had on the Rock was in late Feb when a warm rain came. I went with someone who was a great fisherman and we flat knocked their socks off. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  3. Yeah. I have some suspend dots if I need them. I usually just add split rings to the front 2 hooks. If that doesn't work I will have to do bigger hooks. I love those outward barbs on those megabass hooks. They are nasty. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  4. Well guys. I went ahead and bought one. I will test it out and let you guys know how I do. Being a slow floater might be advantageous. I can take weight back off in spring and try catching some shallow fish around spawning coves. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  5. I can't find a suspending model. Do you guys think that I can take a slow rising model and weigh it down to suspend or is that gonna mess with the action? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  6. Here it is. I guess its a dark blue back. It's called Viper Tiger. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  7. I'm not sure the name of the color. It is bright red with a matte finish and has some black stripes on it. I will try to find color and post it. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  8. I have that overlay option and I never use it. Almost too small for my HDS7s. I have Navionics on troller and insight at the cockpit to navigate with. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  9. People always say you can catch the biggest fish of your life on the coldest days. I will have to take their word for it cuz my butt isn't goin out in this. Mid 20's is my threshold. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  10. If they don't start dropping it sion it will be high for sure. Lets go with 1126. I hope its no higher than 1124 though. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  11. I do have a question. Has anyone tried that red megabass? I'm really wanting that jerkbait but not sure I want to spend $25 if no one else has had success. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  12. Megabass Vision 110 in pro blue, pro blue2(orange belly), Ellegy bone on overcast days. Table rock shad for stained water and Cosmic shad on sunny days. Its black and chrome. I'm not so sure it's the bait or the color that matters as much as depth and cadence. I usually always start out really slow and speed up as I need too. Instead of going from fast to slow. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  13. That's the way I see it. You can't go anywhere for three days and learn what can be learned for $125. I agree with Tranger. If it was somewhere im not gonna fish I wouldn't have signed up. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  14. Was it 5 or 6 fish limits? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  15. Yeah spin. I called BASS after I recieved that letter just to make sure what I needed to do. I thought my entry was done when I signed up. Another thing I did was write a note on my entry form for someone to call me when they recieved it. Just in case usps lost it I would know if someone doesn't call me within a few weeks or so. I have always wanted to do this and im staying on top of the situation. Hopefully we can meet at the Marshal meeting. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  16. I got a letter saying I made it. I had to send an entry form in to varify I was coming. I agree that communication is awful. I have been waiting just like you guys with no idea if I made it or not. I do know that lifetime members get first shot then members and so on. There has to be a better way to run that program. 17. To be fair Bo I haven't looked for them that hard either. I went Sunday and looked for a bit around the Rocky branch area. The wind kicked up pretty hard after 8 am after that I fished hard with a jerkbait and mustered 4 keepers that went around 8lbs. Best one was 2 and half pounder. I couldn't take the cold wind and dropping temps any longer than 12:30. My guides were freezing up and I wasn't catching enough fish to motivate me to stay . I am always struggling with the decision to go to Beaver or TR. I know I will catch more fish up there but I fish a lot of tourneys on Beaver and I am constantly trying new areas to better myself. Catching a limit is not as hard as it used to be but im trying to find those places that hold the bigger fish. As many of you know that can be a difficult task. The ole saying is true. If you can catch fish on Beaver. You can catch them anywhere. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  18. I have not been seeing fish deep like this on beaver. Am I in the wrong places or are they not there? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  19. Seems like 3 different scenarios. Can't quite tell. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  20. I'm gonna say the opposite. They are pushing them toward the bottom. Just a guess. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  21. I'm turning you in. Lol Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  22. Not real sure what your experience has to do with anything, but if you are as old as you say you are then you of all people should realize life is too short to be negative. Im sure you have plenty of knowledge to share. I would love to read about it. Just getting tired of the back and forth. No need for it. Have a Merry Christmas. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  23. There will be a 17lb plus bag turned in im guessing. 17 plus won the last winter series tournament. I was thinking about fishing it too, but might hold on to my money for my Falcon lake trip. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  24. This forum is meant to help people. Not to be disrespectful, demeaning and argumentative. There are people in here that know more about fishing than I will ever possibly know. I appreciate any input I can get. These negative comments and know it all attitudes are gonna ruin it for everyone. There is a way to disagree with someone without being a D-bag. Let's keep it civil and help each other. We all can learn something if we work together. Merry Christmas Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  25. I'm sure you two are boys and all, but there is no need making someone feel stupid when they are trying to help others. His posts come across as condescending sometimes. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
