I'm sure i will catch a walleye since I'm fishing for bass. ?

I was told they no longer make Goodyear Marathons. If you go to a Goodyear store they make a tire with the exact same tread pattern but it's a different brand name. If you get lucky Walmart still has Marathons in stock. I actually laid my eyes on some today. Just not sure they will have the size you need.

What is limit on walleye?

My partner caught 2 nice keeper Walleye Sunday during tourney. At the mouth of Blackburn on those gravel points. He was throwing a white lucky craft jerkbait. I was throwing a new Jackall in a translucent blue color and they didn't want that color for some reason.

On the Beav it seems like the slower i moved the jerkbait the more likely i was to catch a Kentucky. Any one else noticed that?

I would love to have them but there is not much need in these local deep lakes for them. Other than dropping them down to park on the bank at a tourney.

Wow. Didn't see that coming. Wonder how that will affect manufacturing? I would think this decision will trouble some people.

I'm not very good either. I got lucky once this year and won a little money. I get my butt kicked every time I go out. I must be a glutton for punishment cuz I keep going back. I spend almost all fishing time on Beaver trying to learn new areas and trying new things. Eventually it will pay off, but I haven't earned it yet. It is a humbling experience sometimes. For the most part I am self taught. I picked up the sport about 7 years ago and don't have many people to look to. That's why I enjoy looking at these Forums. With what I read here and my own trial and error someday I might actually be able to hold my own.

Its all good. I was just ribbing Champ. He has a slight hatred for Stipers. Don't disagree with the quantity bait fish. Just wish i was smart enough to use them to my advantage. I keep beating the bank. Ha
