  1. Once again merc talking down to someone. People are here to get advice, not be demeaned. C'mon man? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  2. Sounds great. Hope I can make it. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  3. Here lately on Beaver I have been catching them on a jig around brush piles in less than 15 ft. and in deep cuts with bluff like type walls. They must have docks or a lot of sunken lay downs. Preferably with both. That was two weeks ago so it might have changed. If the bass have moved up shallow I think you could throw a jig on these 45 degree banks and have a lot of luck too. I love Broken Bow by the way. Neat lake and that Greatful Head pizza place is awesome. Hope this helps. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  4. Not sure about the rock but I hear Beaver is on fire. All the deep fish moved up after this cold front hit. Im sure it will be very similar up there. This cold snap put them in serious feeding mode im sure. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  5. You nailed it Champ. I am very loyal to the owner. I did see a few of those jigs like you were talking about. Need to try em out and see how they work. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  6. Anyone tried a tungsten jig yet? I know with a tungsten worm wieght there is a big difference. I haven't tried a jig yet. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  7. Need to know a jig u guys recommend? I am trying to find out which jigs finish lasts the longest? Seems like the paint comes off awfully fast on the ones I am using. I might be superstitious but I feel like I can catch more fish when the jig has all its paint on it. Any input from you guys is greatly appreciated. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  8. I had one steal my Megabass jerkbait in Coose last sunday. Wrapped me around a tree and broke my line. $25 down the drain. Fun while it lasted though. My partner caught a big walleye right after I lost that stiper on the same bank. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  9. Just came across wrong. I'm being a jerk I guess. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2

  16. Went last week for a few hours. Water is still pumping but water is nit as hot as it can be. Caught 2 decent bass. Best one was 3lbr. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  17. FYI. Everyone is on the waiting list when you sign up. I registered tues morn at 9 online and it said I was on the waiting list. I called the office at BASS and the lady explained that everyone gets waiting list status. Not real sure why. You would think the spots fill up as they are paid for. I'm in the same boat as you guys. Wait and hope. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  18. Can a guy not set up for trolling give a spoon a whirl and have any luck? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  19. Early this spring when the water was up there were several areas with submerged grass in the War Eagle arm. When I webt there was nothing but carp in there. I had never seen conditions for a frog that good. Acres and acres if submerged grass. I will be trying again next spring. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2

  23. I saw a bunch of you Striper guys this morning. I heard one girl that was hoopin and hollering after she caught one. Other than that it looked like it was pretty slow. I fished that island around 5:45 -6:00. Missed one and moved on. Topwater bite has been tough recently. Thanks for info. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  24. Camping and fishing with my Father in law and kids this weekend. Need to find some fish that are easy to catch. Please help. Thanks for any info. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
  25. That might work. Try a wacky rigged worm or a small jig with a trailer that has some action(paca chunk jr). Instead of a swimbait you might try a Zoom Fluke early under or around those docks. Don't see them biting that fluke much after sun up unless brush is involved.
