son and i both wear the wraps..love them and they come in Carolina Blue..!!! i hate the cold and last couple of trips they have really been nice...and keep sun off during summer without burning you up..

We fished saturday am around 8....cold like 25 degrees..my son found that duck think in the water and put it up by the ramp..very funny to check in this am and see that again...see you guys on the water thurs thru sunday..son and I will be out all fours days..hopefully i can no clear my mind AGAIN from that duck..

fished out of big m all weekend and we had suprising luck...large mouth keepers off bluffs (due to fog) on finesse was our best pattern..son caught one over three great colors in fall fish

down all weekend...numbers higher..41 total..keepers tough only 3...heck son and i even fished the ER bridge in 50 ft to catch fish like it was august

see the Toyota results and all the comments of the lake being tough. we fished friday sat and sunday..found keepers each day but numbers lower than normal..sunday morning went out with topwater on our mind..switched and hour later to shakey heads in shallows and killed them..three keeps in 45 minutes never touched the big motor...saturday white spinner baits caught a 3 and a 2.5 on back to back casts ..looking shallow with wood..dirtiest water color possible..son will post on you tube later in week..keep fishing guys its better than work !!!...tune into BS Fishing for table rock pics hes working hard. I must thank and envy those of you posting fishing reports on here. Its days like today when its close to 70 a bit overcast that I find myself daydreaming of TR fishing...the noise of jet skis, the tubes flying over my favorite submerged structure, the wind effecting my finesse fishing, high on lake gas prices not withstanding LOL...cant wait till I am back on the water!!!! son and i have modified ned and shakey head technique..to have a little bigger presentation..seems to get rid of the bluegill grabs and small small fish as it drops...but great forum topic..we as fisherman for years spend money on pretty lures only to realize the cheaper smaller things that look like bait really do work LOL..

agree with others the wind was tough..son and i were able to hide abit saturday and caught 12 with one small keep in about two hours..just enjoyed the lake the sun and family..say hi if you see red and white nitro..Big M area

Took my 5 year old fishing friday night til dark then sat in the fog til lunch...same situation with fishing coming up around us near Turkey mountain and then again in Owl Creek...we had lots of sucess just waiting for the swirls and throwing Lucky Craft ghost Sammys....three keepers and over 35 boated with him catching the majority while i kept us from blowing with the wind LOL...was great fun for a dad to see a very excited son and the surfacing fish were a blast.

first post on oaf so bare with me....heading down to fish this evening and tomm. morning. any luck with spinnerbaits in the newly flooded brush especially as the wind picks up in the afternoon? thanks guys
