  1. It is my understanding that Fellows Lake is produced by water pumped from stockton lake. You can clearly see the pump house and pipe line heading to fellows from stockton. Would highly doubt that a muskey would swim through the pipeline, or over the dam. Correct me if I am wrong, I could be way off on this but just my oppinon
  2. The mustache era... Yes
  3. Did KVD show today? I like that guy, have an autographed BP hat in the basement from him.
  4. I saw that there was no generation until about noon. I didn't have the oppertunity to head down there. But someone has to have a report? It would be greatly appreciated
  5. Most likely docks.
  6. I tip my hat at Mr. Waggoner. What a beatiful fish.
  7. Beautiful fish, Especially that lock.
  8. If you want Whites, Wait until opening day of rifle deer season. That is what I do, when all the other fisherman are in the woods i am ripping fall whites. But I would have no clue to catching them in june. Only catch them on mistake that time of year.
  9. Were you in the river channel. Even in the main lake where the river channel is, is where i find the crappie. Caught my first one on a 1/4 oz spinner bait for bass. Quikley switched to smalles crank i had and it was on. Caught 8 before the bite was off. Never have had a day like that again. Just 1 or 2 here and there. I think My days at springfield lake are slim. Sold my little boat to a buddy for a duck hunting boat and bought a 55 hp 15 footer. Just got to get her purring better. Good fishing to all.
  10. Love the weekend warrior, I am in joint preservation in this stage of my life.
  11. It was bull shoals for me. Good episode. Looks like you could use some therapy on that knee.
  12. that is a nice eye. Good eats
  13. I like the hydrilla because it deligates where the river channel is. It is nice to know where it is not to ruin a prop. I know now but lesson hard learned. Main lake bite should be good on bass. River channel is where you will find the crappie
  14. They are pretty strict. When I bought my permit. They made me remove the cover on the moter even though it was displayed on the outer part. Looked up length of vessel and recorded. They run a tight ship, and should.
  15. I hear ya, Common courtousy, But they would tell you no one owns the lake. The good thing about being in a kayak is that you can get further up in the head water and top water bite. I would head way up in the river and no one would bother you that you couldn't out pattle. Frog action
  16. Can't wait to watch that tommorow morning. Probably one of the few not fishing KVD
  17. 6.8 on a plastic somthing over a bed.... just watched the footage from last year nothing in the 7 pound range
  18. Good to see a bass actually caught out of fellows. Was wondering if any were left
  19. Patience is hard to teach, tie that jig on, once he learns he won't want to put it down
  20. I would help out for the springfield lake stream team
  21. I too have seen stringers full of slot limit bass, It is sad. Springfield lake could be such a better fishery. It saddens me to fish by the railroad track and see all the trash in the water as well. just takes a few to ruin it for others.
  22. Congratulation's, Next generation angler.
  23. Agreed. The main lake is the place to be. I have been quite a ways up the river where it snakes around a nice log jam up there. Looks like a great place to fish, but again no luck. Bout capsized up there once.
  24. Thats a good lookin goggle eye.
  25. Did you get that ocean yak at the outlet last year. Got one just like it in the garage?
