  1. Great job and thanks for sharing the pics. Like you I release all bass but do enjoy crappie and walleye from time to time.
  2. Went with my son and put in at daybreak. Fished swings and points with pop r and spook, caught 7 between us all spots no keeps. Sun came up over the horizon so tried cranking wart and fat free shad on shaded channel banks, one small brownie. Hit pea gravel points with football jig from Jackson back to ramp caught 4 more all short spots. Wonder where the blacks are? Loaded up 12:30 had great time on the water with my son. Tight lines and CPR
  3. Took a friend and put in at 7pm. Fished dam area wind blown points with black 5/8 oz football jigs. Most fish came out of 5-15 fow, water temp 70-73. Loaded at midnight, ended up with 21 total 3 keeper brownies and surprisingly 1 keeper black. Out of the 21 20 brownies 1 black no spots. Had fun. Tight lines and CPR
  4. Nice! Congrats and thanks for the picture.
  5. Bo, you are a great stick and always enjoy reading your posts. As champ188 states I'm humbled as well. You just have the knack of putting quality and quantity in the boat. I salute you!
  6. Dutch, I can't put together a pattern either on where the fish are. With the temp in the 60's I usually can find them, but they're scattered. Maybe the lake is turning over? I can find a good fb jig bite and that really has me scratching my head .
  7. Happens to me lots, one day your on em and next day its completely changed Very interesting your best bite has been mid day, I have really struggled during that time period. Thanks for the pic and report!
  8. Started at daybreak with Crome and black lucky 13 had two keeps and lots of shorts. Sun got over the horizon so switched to fb jig on chunk rock main lake banks and points up to big m and then back towards ramp. Lots of action but mostly shorts. Ended up with 34 more and 6 keeps one nice smallie and some fat spots. Most fish were spitting up crawdads and a few were spitting up small baitfish. Most came in 12- 17 fow. Tight lines and CPR!
  9. Was a good day, had to cover a ton of water. Fish were scattered, some on the bluff others on the swing or just past. Seemed like when I caught 1 I'd have a little flury. Was surprised not a better fb jig bite. Temp 68-71
  10. Good job and thanks for posting.
  11. Put in at 11am started on roll offs w/ fb jig twin bridge area 3 short blacks. Moved to midlake area and caught 2 short brownies burning a blade. Moved to mile long bridge area hit wind blown channel banks w/ purple back deep little n and started to put a pattern together. Fished from monkey island back to mutton on cannel banks and swings w/ wind. Loaded up at dark, ended up with 19 and 9 keeps biggest around 3lbs. 5 short brownies 1 short spot 1 nice white crappie and 9 keeper blacks. Tight lines and CPR!
  12. Put in at 6pm and tried wart on wind blown swings not a bite. Changed over to 3/4oz football jig on long sloping pea gravel points and caught 3 all brownies w/ 1 keeper. Fished same type stuff w/ fb jig from dam area back to ramp. Caught 7 more 5 brownies 1 mean mouth and 1 spot. No keeps. Water temp 78 down to 75 at night. Tuff, no blacks and mostly 12in brownies. Still had fun. Tight lines and CPR
