    I like a non color preserved wrap sometimes. It gives the rod a home grown look. Very neat rod man. I hope it does what you want. I promised my youngest son I'd build him one this year. I need to get on that.

    Yes you can and I do. I use stencil plastic from hobby lobby and I bought some from predator baits too. Ebay has it as well.

    Yea you've got two different rods going there. I build rods but use 13 Fishing rods as they're hard to beat for the money. A 7'1" mh omen would handle the jigs great and I use a 7'1" medium for most cranking.

    They have security!? It's worth staying there for that peace of mind alone! I've always wanted to stay there but never have. I need to look into the rates and lodging info.

    The cool thing is both of those will do everything a new one will. The change in boats in the last 15-20 years hasn't been that innovative. Accessories on the other hand have changed a ton! The good thing is all of the neat gadget that you put on a new boat go on an older boat just the same. My boat isn't layed out exactly how I'd prefer which is the only reason id sell it for another. I'd really like to have my old 2000 triton tr21 back.
