    YIKES!

What is the story on the missing person? All I've heard is what's been posted here.
  2. Even that is to close.
  3. That's good stuff right there!
  4. This isn't entirely true. They can tell how many times the ecu has been flashed and how many key turns since the last flash. If you pop a motor and the count is low then they'll know something's up. It depends on the shop and customer though. I don't want to stray to far off topic and I'll admit I'm a ford fan but that new 3.0 dodge diesel they are putting in the 1/2 tons is intriguing. 30+mpg! It might be worth studying up on.
  5. Maybe he was going to taneycomo.
  6. Martin caught some of his fish out of cedars on a spinnerbait in the Indian point area iirc. My buddy fished with Jason Quinn in that tournament on Thursday. Quinn got on the runoff deal Friday and sacked them on a wart. I prefished for a super bass that Friday. Dave and I made it just past point 7 and blew the lower unit. I've told this before. It was a neat yet sucky weekend.
  7. If you can ignore the mpg claims its a great truck. The 5.0 is a fantastic engine too just not quite as much low end but gearing makes a world of difference.
  8. Thanks for the link btw. It was neat to read it broke down day by day like that.
  9. That was the tournament that opened my eyes about runoff and how shallow fish will get in cold months if the conditions are right. Cold muddy water is bad. Dirty water that's warmer that the rest of the lake ESPECIALLY when the sun comes out can be down right awesome. I wish I could watch that tournament again. If someone has it recorded please let me know. It would mean the world to me.
  10. Good deal. Sometime if possible I'd like to see it myself. I should have at the shindig a while back.
  11. I loooooooove any lake in the bushes. Not so long and high it kills all the willows like happened at Stockton but a willow flipping bite is my all time favorite bite. Ever.
  12. How's the new Ned casting blank treating you?
  13. I always thought Ike and bass cat was an odd combo anyway
  14. Dangit. I wish this was staying a family owned business.
  15. Sounds like you had a good day. Good report.
  16. Ahhhhhhh. That sounds more betterer.
  17. I also wouldn't bother, especially now. The water temp is high enough and that good warm rain a few weeks ago helped kick things in the rear. Also I'm pretty sure with all that you're gonna hurt the action. Only throwing them with let you know for sure though. Predator baits sells a slow rise/suspending wart knock off that you could have painted and not worry about weighting another bait.
  18. The rig-n hook is my go to hook. I use it on everything from Texas rigged paca craws and swim baits to my home made wobble heads. Speaking of wobble head and paca craw, that's a good combo. Did I read that right that you caught no fish shallower than 10'? If so how did you get that ko to run that deep?
  19. Great. Thank you for sharing. If you experiment with water please keep me posted.
  20. All I'm saying is it's my opinion that anyone fishing the Missouri side owes me some type of compensation. Monetarily, fish fillets, whatever.
  21. All I know is there is only three days down in this spring break deal and I see lots of trespassing going on, even if you do live there and me 1hr and 20 minutes away.
  22. Surely something hit it instead of the other way around. Either way that looks like a scary deal.
  23. Ah I see. So you reduced it really thin then, like watery thin? What did you reduce with?
  24. Was you shooting at the high psi as was recommended before? I haven't got to experiment yet.
  25. That's some good catching in the limited time you were there!
