  1. I'm glad you made some progress for your transparent black trophy. I hope you post up some pics soon.
  2. So far I really like the knock off warts from predator. I threw one Saturday and it behaved just like a wart should. I see no reason to pay the outrageous pre rap prices. I do think the plastic is a little softer though but the jury is still out on that.
  3. Yep prop wash. Either your transducer location is bad or you might be able to play with how high your motor is trimmed.
  4. That's awesome! I wonder if the added depth was the key?
  5. Ha he sure did. I told him he had to deduct a fish though. Drum are worth -1. I could tell what he had on was solid and acted funny but for whatever reason drum didn't enter my mind. Probably because I haven't been on grand since October. Still I felt silly when I saw it like a "well duh" slap forehead moment. I don't think I've ever caught one at table rock oddly enough. Not enough poultry feces and kitchen appliances in the water to support them there?
  6. That is interesting.
  7. Mcstick fan here also. They just work.
  8. I was referring to the Stay N Church misspelling. While I completely agree I just thought it was humorous especially me being a iPhone user and fight auto correct.
  9. Today he caught a 4lb+ drum on it lol. That got his heart racing.
  10. Why thank you very much!
  11. Judging by the other craws name and the looks of that craws pinchers I'd say they're a different species. I have no idea what I'm talking about though. They could very well be identical.
  12. There's a valuable lesson to be learned here kids.
  13. The blue belly wart is wedged in a rock up river from eagle rock. I was none to pleased about that break off.
  14. I'll pass on the wart but ty for the offer. Buying all this stuff to get me painting has been a lot more investment than I anticipated. I should have known better.
  15. Here is some pre clear and pre eyes pics of that same wart above. Also one reversed.
  16. Sold
  17. Hmmmmmmmmm. Well I will definitely be giving this a go! This is literally the opposite of how I have been doing it and my frame of mind. Working wet though low psi is obviously how you have to do it to avoid pushing it around. Thank you for spelling this out! 1. Mix watery thin using water, reducer, or both. 2. Shoot 35+ psi and the paint dries in route to the bait Is that about all I need to know? Doing small detail lines isn't a problem?
  18. So the air doesn't push the paint around at that high of psi?
  19. I know some use windex to reduce it but I have tried. I'm curious if it will tint it.
  20. That's discouraging.
  21. Trophy what do you reduce with?
  22. I'm not sure other than wicked is thinner and sprays better without reducing generally. Straight createx is like freakin pudding sometimes lol. So far though wicked has been pretty good. I think I had one color give me trouble but I can't remember which gun I was using at the time. If you get a chance to try com-art do it! I don't know how the color selection is but man it sprays nice. As I mentioned before I heard the spaz stix paint sprays awesome too but I've yet to try it.
  23. Good call on the bb's. I like that wicked has that covered already.
  24. I threw one for the first time last weekend and agree. Caught some keepers on it too.
  25. I always hear you want it to have the consistency of milk. So far that has been a good rule of thumb for me. Buy some empty bottles to mix in. They have them buy the cheaper paints (ie folk art etc) so don't buy the higher prices ones by the airbrushing stuff. At least that's how the Joplin store is laid out. There's no need to fill the cup up. You can always add more.
