Starting Sunday the games start. Preseason gets me through to College as I don't normally watch Pro until toward the end of the season when it gets interesting

Because JD they are all gun nuts, they need their gun to be able to jump out of its holster and shoot all those bad guns running around shooting. Because we all know there are no criminals behind those guns. Bad people don't use guns against other people! Guns just jump up and shoot people for fun.

We have this group of people they work for this agency called the EPA. Is there really a need for more inspectors to be paid for by us? Seriously people we have inspectors now they need to do their jobs they are paid for. This is nothing but more government spending that is NOT needed. An independent agency would have to Inspect and test.... EPA can do that... The IA would have to submit reports to government/official agency and then that agency would have to do an investigation on the allegation and then they would have t fine or whatever the offender. So why line a IA's pockets when we already have a agency to do it.

What never ceases to amaze me is all the people who comment that CCW carriers are nuts or gun freaks or whatever. Does anyone care to find the stats of how many CCW carriers each year use the gun out of anger or flash it around like some nut. The information is out there if you care to look. Also look at how many CCW carriers use it in defense of self or others. You may be surprised at how low the numbers are. Then just for giggles look at the stats for criminals who use a gun in a crime and how many of them were stolen weapons. These numbers are not low. Here is something to think about ( though not likely in this area of the country but possible ) If you saw someone being attacked and you did not have a weapon but they did the best you could do is yell at them or call 911. With a Weapon you could save a life. Just something to think about. Now as many years as I have carried 2 decades plus I have never had to pull the weapon. I also know many career officers who have never had to pull the weapon and many ccw carriers who have never had to pull it. But for me I would rather have it and pray I never need to pull it than need it and not have it. It is no different than a pocket knife to me if I need it im glad its there. After that talk to me about all these gun toting nuts. Stop listening to the anti-gun nuts and learn the facts!

Didn't see that. Best thing to do is return to your vehicle, Contact AGFC and wait for a Warden to show up. Explain the situation and show him the above ruling ( I keep it on my phone ) and let the Warden go speak to the home owner. If after that the person continues then make the call again and inform the officer you are being harassed by the person after law enforcement contact was previously made regarding the law. Let the authorities deal with the person so you have it on record.

I'm with Wrench, I had to go read it and it doesn't look like it was anything more than to create more gubberment inspector jobs and generate more money for the gubberment in permits. Nothing in it protects the environment any more than the laws and regulation we currently have. More Government Jobs More government taking money from business's.

It wouldn't take much at all if they would get out and start writing the citations and hammer down on the offenders. Word would get out fast that the leo's on Beaver are enforcing the laws ( probably not the words that would be used though) We would need them to be running the lake not just sitting at one of the ramps but all over. It doesn't take long for every cell phone to go off warning friends the cops are at prairie creek. So My thought is be mobile be patrolling and be aggressive about it. I would welcome them and if they came by to check me no big deal and im sure most fishermen wouldn't care one bit or even be bothered by them.

Not all of them Quill. I have had them in thier wake boats in winter try and come in and run through my decoys during hunting season. Middle of winter and some idiot is always got to come try it. Go-pro this year is going to be turning them for Hunter Harassment. I have got tired of it and there is no reason at all for it other than intentional harassment.

Yup im sure the dock owners were happy as well with the boats throwing massive wakes right at the docks. It is a broken record but a little law enforcement with citation book in hand would stop a lot of this. You failed to mention the wake boat with a bunch of kids NOT wearing life vest!

Not surprised the striper boats kept heading that way, but there are definitely stripers in Rocky Branch along with whites and hybrids. This is the last weekend in July and they are still that far up lake in good numbers just has me excited because when the first few cold fronts come through they will start heading back up lake. Targeting them becomes much easier when they start heading that way. I had water temp as low as 79 yesterday morning, it could be a great fall season

What are you wanting to do with it. Typical swim bait rigging works fine for bouncing bottom, trolling, or swimming it. for using as a jerk bait or slow sink bait I just thread the line through the body coming out just below in front of the tail tie on a #1 to 2/0 hook put some crazy glue on the line and pull the hook back in the bait.

This just shows how different TR and Beaver really are. Yesterday was a great day on Beaver with some decent bass and real nice bass on the chew. From some of the other reports I have been hearing Beaver has turned on the last few days kicking out some nice bass and TR slowed down. Makes no since to me with the rains we have had both lakes bass should be biting great where run off is occurring yet yesterday not one fish was near shore they were all in deep water locked in on shad schools. Go figure that out I ran the shore and could see plenty of worms and insects even craws feeding on them heck even fry swimming but nothing feeding on the easy meal yet move out deep and shad were being ate talk about scratching your head, the easy food is not touched but the free swimming harder to get shad are what they want.

Reminds me of the "flying lure" and that dang thing sucked!
