Georgia is scary looking simple as that, But ya we ran great that first series that is our strength and it shows... why the passing I have no dam idea what that is all about but it is stupid. Lets ground and pound get a very comfortable lead and then and ONLY then lets try a few pass plays and see if we can build that aspect but not until we have a comfortable lead and if the pass doesn't work go back to beating them up. The pass in our scheme is a honesty keeper and not part of our main game or atleast that is how it should be

Something is going on in the Mizz O-line and I cant figure it out, Maty had plenty of time several times but FL had great coverage on his receivers but he made smart plays not forced ones for bad turnovers. He ran great a couple times but not often. I saw numerous times he could have ran but did not. I am starting to question the play calls for him or maybe the more specifically the not allowing of calls from him. I am just getting a feeling when it comes to the O-line something is going on behind the scenes, the talent is there but they look frustrated and not just from game play. I could be wrong but I think something more is going on. As to the Razorbacks, dam its hard being a razorbacks fan. BAD QB no doubt about that its time to pull him but in his brother and start building him up for next year and year after, at least lets see if he has the right stuff or do we need to look further for a good QB, we need a dual threat QB a good WR and a Pair of safeties and a good kicker. I think we are 4 to 5 players short of a great team that could go 10-2 or better for several seasons. Problem is this is College ball and good players don't last more than 2 years before they go to the NFL so building a long run team means great year in year out recruiting and that requires winning.

I should note incase they are still out the AGFC has nets out they are on a string of red and white buoys for shad survey, we talked very briefly to the biologist who seemed very pleased at the numbers of shad especially after the die-off last year. so stay clear of the buoys and hopefully we will get a news letter update on what they found.

So when you wake up and the man up stairs is throwing tons of hints at you to go fishing you better listen and go fishing. I called Yakfm and said lets go and he was game we met at my house at 11am and launched about 11;30. the first area we hit produced 7 fish several whites a catfish and a cute little LMB and tons and tons of bait. We decided to run and check 3 other spots but got blanked, Got back to the first spot about 3:30ish I would say and instantly were on White. Ended up with 40 fish with 33 of them coming from 3;30 to 5;00 5;30 hybrids and whites all real nice fish Most came on the XPS Spoon with a few on a flicker shad. Did hit one striper but he unbuttoned but felt nice watching the rod double over. Ya there is no bait in Beaver Lake my butt. Jason how many times do you have to be told there is no bait in beaver lake, cannot be the stripers eat it all... what you are marking in storm clouds you obviously had your transducer pointed up and it was marking the clouds we have had lately. But like Glen said you have to get away from the clouds and rain, just drive until you stop seeing the rain flip on the surface. Ive been getting in to clear skies the last few trips and having fun with smallmouth on a puppy and buzzbait. Should be a good night bite on 3/4oz rattletraps developing soon and of course its the time of year whites start moving shallow to take a shower in the rain.

Amery, way to many people get in that mindset and are missing out on some of the best fishing of the year. I have had fantastic days on all species in the middle of winter. Some of the biggest and best Crappie action I have had with snow on the banks and Walleye love cold as do stripers and the last hours first 3 hours of dark in winter over shallow flats that warmed during the day have given up some of my best bass of the year. Bass love slugo and small cranks in winter in shallow water.

My guess would be river fish, its been producing some nice bags the last month or so especially at night on Black n Purple spinners and buzzbaits

Na OTF it does matter a lot. Mizz has the ability to finish games but the team as a whole looked horrible Al beat me to the reply but he is right in everything he said. It is a team sport and the team has to step up. O D and ST! Mizz can do it they have proven it, fans are quick to blame from the peewee league all the way to pro's. If your QB sucks sure you got a reason to gripe but Maty has proven time and time he is a good QB. How quickly fans forget he was the Hero last year against #7Georgia and then went on to lead Mizz to victories over #22 Florida and Tenn and Kentucky. You have lost to a tough Indiana school this year and Georgia who is tough any year but add a Gipper type attitude and probably unbeatable this last weekend. Unlike Arkansas at least you have a good QB and a team that knows how to finish. I mean come on Ar held Bama to 227 total yards and only 66 were rushing we had three turnovers go our way all of which should have lead to at least a Field goal. Its getting hard to be an Arkansas Fan when you got a crybaby coach at his press conference and players on the field who give up and play calling that is done by spinning a basket and pulling out a card with it on it. Its sickening... To see our coach Crying at the Press conference was absolutely sickening. I was behind what he is building and taking the team but as a coach to see that WOW.

Quill, I think Arkansas has two major issues. Brandon and Chaney, BA just is not a smart QB he makes way to many mistakes, he is good if he is handing off the ball but he makes horrible passing choices, it is better to throw it away than throw an INT. Chaney and his play calling sucks almost every game. Georgia I had hoped to be our first SEC win but im seriously doubting it now.

You guys are learning something most SEC fans already know. This is the toughest conference in football, Maty did not look great yesterday but he did look composed, Georgia came in with a major chip on their shoulders and wanted to prove they were a TEAM and one player never makes the TEAM. After watching them I don't think anyone could have beat them, that team was on a mission to make a statement and were going to do it at all cost. Arkansas on the other hand I don't know what to say Bama did everything but score a TD for them. I cant ever remember seeing a Nick Saban lead team that looks so awful and make so many mistakes. That was Arkansas game to lose and they did. BA was horrible not much news there but why the hell did they keep passing Arkansas is built for the run and smash mouth football! Why get give up on your strength. Our D-line looked great which has always been our weakness, yet our offense looked horrible. When and if the two lines actually click in the same game we might win one but I do not think BA is a leader and he sure is not a smart QB.
