This really could have gone in here or on the gardening thread.
I spent most the day canning up and making tons of Salsa. The garden really went crazy and I had to put it to use, next week I will be starting on the BBQ Sauce full force.
But this is one of several buckets today,
And this is where it ended up.
Now I did do one Jar for those people who always say they can handle any salsa and no one can make it to hot. This is what I used you tell me how hot you think it is.
I got my hands on a Carolina Reaper and added Habanero, JalapeƱo, green-red-yellow-purple Bells, Vidalia onion, chives, cilantro and lots of maters.
