  1. We did stay in the house a few nights after we closed. Our house does face NW and the sun set was great! It is a new road for us to to take and we look forward to meeting new friends and I am sure the old ones will come down to fish and have a place to stay!! There will not be one day that I won't thank God for what he gave us,the house, the lake and the people he will put in our path!
  2. I did hear of some about 20 in. is that too good too be true???
  3. Thank you guys for all the welcomes! We bought our house over in the Blue Eye area. And I did hear the seminar that Phillip Stone gave and it sounds like I am in a good part of the lake. I would like to do some of them night tournaments.Magic worm man and I hope to hit them up.Or if anyone needs a partner? Now i just have to sell my house up here!!!
  4. I have a real nice lake view. But no dock slip, could not afford the slip! And I would want my boat in my garage anyway. That way I can trailer my boat to any part of the lake.It would be cheaper to trailer it than by water.
  5. My Wife and I bought a house on Table Rock.It has been our dream for the last 20 years to move down there,in God's Country! I am looking soooooo forward to fishing on the Rock for many years to come. And to fish some of the small touraments.I have a thing for fishing at night too. IIt will be fun to get to know you guys! Dan
  6. I have a question, after Storm took over the Wart and changed the mold and then someone posted that Storm put the molds back the old way.So how do you tell them two apart ( changed Wart vs. when they went back )?
  7. On the first post there should be a black space and a small arrow on the left side, just hit the arrow and you should hear the seminar.
  8. WOW, I was not at the seminar but I just did hear the audio.A few years back my buddy and I did get to do a night trip with Phillip Stone. He is a stand up guy and we had a great trip! And i want to thank Phil Lilley for doing the audio!!! I did learn alot from this seminar! I just bought a house in Blue Eye and it sounds like a good side of the lake,so I think I did luck out on the location of my house.I can't thank you guys and Bill Babler enough for all the info and the SPOTS! Dan
  9. I could not agree more!!!!! Thanks guys for the info and the help to let us hear the seminar!
  10. Sorry to steal your post. But just a heads up on the Jika rig. I use a Normans speed clip as my bottom split ring, that way I can change weights easy and fast!
  11. Ok thanks! Now I know and i can sleep tonight!
  12. I see people talk about Big M ! what is the Big M?
  13. 6 lb. 4 oz. smallmouth caught in Kim City off of a main lake point.Caught it in late May 2008.Bait was a Zoom french fry in watermelon red!
  14. What is the Size limit on Crappie? And what is the bag limit? Thanks Dan
  15. I will be down ther next week Mon.10-14 to 10-10,and I just wantd to know if there is any good bassin up the James this time of year or are we better off in the main lake? Any tips would be great!
  16. Phil Stone guides at night or he has in the past. I fished with him at night two times. Good guide.
  17. Hands down,go with the Lew's!!!!!
  18. Thanks for the info.I have had both chips and I like the LakeMaster better. For one, with the lakeMaster you get lakes of a State, and not a group of States and lakes that I will never fish in that group package. For me more bang for my buck with a LakeMaster chip of one State.I think they do chips of bigger lakes by themself and not the group, but I am not sure.I will have to call lakeMaster and find out!
  19. Are you guys talking the oil base hubs?
  20. Nice post, nothing like family! I too will be moving down to Kimberling City as soon as I sell my house( I pray every night that that comes true),and i have a lot in Fisher Creek but may buy a house instead. We can't wait to be part of the lake and all the GREAT people that we did meet ( Ken & Mona ).And a thanks to Jason for all his help!
  21. Ruff Crowd!!!!! I was just trying to help and give some info on a good jig.NorthStar jigs are priced good for what you get.I understand what you guys are saying about price and local jigs.I didn't mean to upset anyone. And he has some real cool color jigs. I know what you guys are saying about going through alot of jigs on the Rock, and the cost. But i will stay with what works for me and the NorthStar jigs.I just wanted to give a heads up.
  22. The color depth range is very cool. I have the LakeMaster chip for Wisconsin and I fish alot at night and it works great! LakeMaster covers per state but I think on big bodys of water you can buy a chip just for that big lake but,I am not sure that is wht I did ask this question?
  23. Have you guys fished a NorthStar Jig? I have fished them for 3 or 4 years now and I can say they are the best jig I have ever fished hands down! I can't chip the head, his colors are very cool and hand tied skirts. He has football heads, flippin heads every head you want.Take a look at northstarcustombaits.com see for yourself! OH and very cool spinnerbaits too!
  24. Or is it in the chip for the State of Mo. or just for Table Rock?
