Part of it is Ness but there is other things. I am going to convert to the 16 incher we just bought. The 32 belongs to the church and although we do have some things on there I do not even like to touch it. that was a expensive computer for the church. My wife does all the videos and what not for the services. You do not even have to touch this thing just get to close and it will type correct and everything else.

I want to ask if anyone else is using a IPad on the forum. I am nit sure if it is .the IPad or my ISP.I have had a struggle almost from the start. Last time I checked Walmart sold Arkie jig heads. They are OK. What attracted me to them was the longer shank and wider bend. I did not care for those cable guards because they were a little to stiff. I cut most of them off. Mitch has the right idea about cable guards.

I do not know anything. about them. Only real experience I have had resulted in having a good sized Owl try to repeatedly take it away from me.

That is a tackel outlet on ebay. I payed I think it was $21 for it. I can assure you it works fine I have practiced with it this last month or so. I see no difference from anything seen in BPS. I do wonder about the unpainted. but they were about $17 those. the color was natural kind of gray. i am sure it would have caught fish as well as i found out real fast you can do a lot with the retrieve. I can. make this one i have preform like a fluke. I will use it more as the water warms and we go into post spawn. Really I bought it to use over deep spot when I try to catch them rising to feed. It is a slow sinker and just right up that alley.

Yeah champ about the same I do with a cast net for shad. plain ridiculous. they get so far gone on the stories they trip up. that is in access of 1a minute.

I bought a spro on there for about 10 buck less than the market. they also offered some unpainted ( looked. a grayish color cheaper yet) I almost bought one of those as well in plant gray looking ones. Plain gray would work just fine I am sure.

your report of 45 is the first I have heard so far except up at Gravois mills. I was not out yeasterday. I was wondering if it got that high back in the coves. I think I am going to wait till it is close to 50. I am trying to conserve on the arthritis in my shoulders. It put me off the water 1 of October last year. the problem with the tempearure is like i have never seen before either. I think that long period of thick ice left a very deep cold layer. sometime the water temperature around here gets to 43. If that wind starts up ot will drop back down very fast to 40 - 41. I think the waves bring up the colder water. i feel like it is going to take a long time are a real good heavy warm rain tto get it going. I heard today that they intend on keeping the lake this low until they clear all the iron from the bridge knock down on Hwy 5. THe outlook for the weekend sure does not look good.

I am a. sceptic of this ned rig. I have seen many claimed miracles fail in close to 70 yrs. I intend to however carry one with me this spring and judge for myself. In that vein I want to show you some tiny sinko worms i bought recently at BPS. they are about the right size for a net rig and come 17 or 18 to a box. Looks cheaper than tearing up a lot of expensive worms.

I would think a Kayak on a lake after dark better be lite up like a christmas tree. I just would not try it. Even with running lights they would be pretty close to the water and give a false perception of how far the boat is away.

i have alway wondered about line visibility. i have to wonder how much the line transmits it present through the rod and the reel. I am certain when you lift a line in the water it creates a sound wave. I am also aware that fish see colors for beyond our spectrum. I have wondered even if the materials in any line make it visible to the fish. But beyond wondering I am not sure the visibility really counts as much as we think. for all i really know because of the ability to. see ultra violet and infrared. thing might look a lot different?

Bajacoop----- a 4 stroke does not burn a lot less gas. I have had a Mercury 115 for 11 yrs. I like it. It starts as good as a car. It is quiet. I think it has a long life span as well. But the gas mileage is not anything different and because it is matched to a 19 1/2 ft Targa it may not even be as good as a 2 stoke115 . They lack torque. You cannot lift a adult skier out of the water with my boat. Another problem I have had is the fuel jets . Some of them such as mine have very tiny fuel jets that are manufactured with a filter in them. I had trouble with those from the git go. I took it to a mechanic under warranty and he punched the filters out and that was the end of the trouble. They are so small they will still fill up so I run a carb cleaner through them every now and then. In addition I try to start it at least one time a month during the off season.

I have never stayed there. But i was eligible. I hear it is a nice place. Army talked about shutting it down a few years ago.

Boy i say its not reality.I have seen a couple of admissions about the bootlegging that could get someone ten years. It is a wonder the feds have not moved on the moonshiners all over the country.
