  1. Thanks for the update KDC. I will give her a go on Friday, how was the water color?

    YIKES!

Hopefully that will flush some of the phosphates and nitrogen out of the drink and cut down on the algai blooms this spring.
  3. You'll like the folks at the Junction, they are right next door to our lake house. And there are NO fish in our cove, so I wouldn't bother with it.. And don't believe your electronics if you are fishing around my dock, those are false echoes. Just run on over to Mill Creek, that's where all the fish are.
  4. Mill Creek Resort or Caboose Junction are two I would throw out there, both are a 5 minute run to Baxter/Little and Big Indian creeks.
  5. Thanks for all the hard work in prepping and working the event. It was a great day. Look forward to doing it again. It was great to meet everyone.
  6. Nice fish Richy! Were you throwing the 4" or 6"?
  7. They also won the national duals beating Iowa in the finals. But I know, that's not much.
  8. I'm with ya, I think Kim Anderson has a tough uphill climb in the recruiting world. I hope he can figure it out, he had some great teams at my Alma Mater
  9. abkeenan, I am a little confused about which sport you are talking about. MIZZOU is doing just fine! March Matness!
  10. My bad, that was 2 years ago.
  11. That fan boat drove me nuts night fishing last year. You could hear him at Cow Creek when we were fishing up by point 9.
  12. I should have pressed the sarcasm button.
  13. Are there any Chinese joints in that town?
  14. I'll bring some cookies.
  15. Stupid and shallow. Reminds me of this blonde......aww nevermind.
  16. That was on Sunday and yes I am very fortunate to have my boat on a lift so I don't have to battle the ramps. I'm sure they are a nightmare right now.
  17. Psst....they're biting in the snow.
  18. AMart caught a piggy and now a limit, I hope he makes the cut. i can't imagine how hard it must be for him to concentrate after losing his Dad. That would tear me up.
  19. Way to smack em, Quill.
  20. At times I do enjoy the solitude of being alone, especially on a quiet morning when the sun is coming up. But I raised a mini-me that I have a hard time fishing without. He is a fourth generation Table Rock bass fishing nut.
  21. We put her back in but we both have lifetime permits so we could have kept it. I believe you would have to have a trout stamp to legally possess it.
  22. I'm sure some folks have released a few from Taneycomo over the years.
  23. Absolutely Phil. It came up and flashed pink, thought it might be drum at first. It got closer to the boat and I was astonished. Probably 6 or 7 lbs.
  24. We were all over the place today, 10 fish total with 5 keepers. Caught them on everything, spoon, jerker, Shakey head, a-rig, and the varmint. 80 feet to 15 feet. My son caught a dang rainbow up by Big Creek on a jerker. Crazy.
