we did not catch any while there, but here is some pictures from the village. not sure what they are.

it was pretty calm. when the storms came in the little johns were a bit rough when you were out there.. the big boat was anchored on an island in the middle of the river the whole trip so it really never moved unless it was stormy.

Spectacular! always a great Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. If you wanted to stay out fishing for the day, you just had to ask and they would get you some lunch food options to make/pack for the cooler on your boat for the day. Here is a small sample from one day. 5 star as far as I was concerned.... They even cooked the Caiman tail from an evening Caiman hunt https://www.amazon.com/photos/shared/6-K1pZI5TK-v_gymLYBhkg.hbpRmzqiiLjOg2ISiJpWp_

OK update - I have a room/cabin that sleeps two.. my possible second is now going back to the Amazon for another peacock bass trip, so I have room for another person in my cabin. Ill be bringing Herty Gerty so I have room in the boat also.

about 48 hrs travel time. quite a bit shorter on the return downstream. We left Oct 2nd from springfield to Dallas had a short wait to next flight, then to Panama, layed over there for a few hrs then took our flight to Manaus and landed 3 am the 3rd. Then took a 3+ hr trip through the jungle in a Sprinter van with the gang (really bad roads) , then once at the Tucuna we boarded the boat and spent another 17 hrs upriver on the boat before we got to the reservation where we fished.. the water was extremely low almost the whole trip.. Had Dolphins steal at least one 15 lb Grande after we released it...

Had the opportunity of a lifetime to go on a 10day trip to the Rio Negro back in Oct. figured Id share a couple. Biggest fish was 16lbs not bad for first time. Had to learn bait casting and chucking giant wood choppers. Cant wait to go back Eric

Still looking, but Im close to pulling the trigger on a vs 1782 reata. Going for a test run this weekend. post some pics or send me a private message.

definitely not newer ones. im seeing several of older 180's and 190's in my range 2004 -2008.
-
Need seating for up to 5 people … albeit not all the time. I know there is a trade off when you do combos.. I’m looking at a Ranger Reata… like the setup.
-
15-20 somewhere in there... depends on the boat motor trailer condition age etc
-
Looking for a Ski\Fish boat to cruise around the lake shore, visit friends and be able to fish a little.. usage will be 60/40 - pleasure/fish, hence the sport fish combo. Been checking out Ranger Reata, Nitro Sports and Triton SF on FB Market place.. found a few there and figured I'd put a feeler out here. N9BOW
