First of all the tailwater is wadable again, might not be able to fish your fav spot but there are plenty of options and even some current here and there. The upper trophey area is holding alot of fish and has some movement. Also the area above parkers had some good flow. Jtram and myself fished friday night and saw a lot of action, throwing buggers in a varity of colors with pink, yellow and black leading the charge. Had plenty of rainbows landed and a pair of browns in the 17-18" class and fat as pigs. I went back on saturday night like a madman, fished from10-3, another 12-15 rainbows landed and countless missed strikes. Also locked into a midnight monster in the upper trophey area. Like I said we had a pair of browns the night before that I figured were 2 1/2-3lbs each, this fish saturday night was on another level. I battled for 3 or 4 minutes without gaining any ground. Then she headed upstream do head shakes, didnt take long for her to pull free. Heartbreaker, truth is I didnt have my phone anyhow so even if I landed it, there wouldn't have been any pics. I feel like it was in the 6-8lb range. I cant believe beaver does'nt get more attention at night. The bites have been very consistant and there is a chance for a trophey every night. Besides, I get creeped out being the only fisherman on the water. Jtram has a pic from friday I hope he shares, had a blast out there man.
