Yep, but I would just as soon avoid the whole deal. Especially pulling away in the boat and leaving my truck behind. I ran two guys off last year.
I was sleeping in my truck at Quarry Park about 10 years ago when I woke up to two trucks doing donuts around the campsite all hootin and hollerin. Crazy drunk idiots were just looking for trouble. I slipped into the front seat and took off when I had my chance.
Big ones in groups do. Last year a guy was down on the ramp putting in his boat and I hear a bunch of screaming and yelling. I asked him what’s up and he said 3 guys in tubes were floating past and just started yelling at him. Drunk as ever at 6:30 in the morning. I told him we could buzz their tower in our jets if he wants to😀
This is when I miss my Yukon. Fold-down seats, full size air mattress, good to go. Spent dozens of nights in it if not a hundred. Mostly quarry park, BS state park, Taney and McClellans.
We have an owl that lives out back but apparently he doesn't share my work ethic. Or there are more rabbits than he can eat. Also have a picture of peregrine on my patio table but he prefers to eat birds. Quite a show when he's chasing doves.
Currently working down the rabbit infestation I go through ever couple years. Benjamin 392 is getting it done as usual. Owl or hawk had a feast over the weekend.
I took @fishinwrench advice and just put in what I need. In the summer I fill it up because I go all the time. In winter I put in just enough for that trip. The mercury fuel additives are on the shelf in the garage if anyone wants them.
