I watched a guy drag some 3'ers out of that hole last year. He tied them up with a rope and drug em across the parking lot and put them in his trunk. They were still flopping around.
I don't see why you shouldn't. I couldn't begin to count the number of people, including myself you have helped for free on this site.
Now go kick some bass!!
I saw a few guys fishing behind the boat house yesterday. And another guy was north of the barge fishing there. I've seen several big fish come out of the hole north of the barge. The current cuts in there close to the bank. I think that guy had his lines to far out past the hole itself.
I love grilled romaine. Drizzle lightly with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and grill it lightly on both sides. Then drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
I'm making myself hungry.
I used CDC fibers that looked just like cottonwood blooms when they were dropping out of the trees. I would lay it down right in the path of a fish eating them only to watch them cruise right by it. I can catch the same fish on corn though.
UPDATE.
I put in the butt splices using the existing 10 gauge wiring as Wrench advised. No problems on two trips!!!!! I kept feeling the exposed wire for heat and never detected any.
Wrench was dead on. Those wire nuts were the problem.
Thanks Wrench!!!!!!!!!
I've bed fished a lot in the past. Trout too!! I personally don't prefer it. I've hooked them on the bed and after a short fight just lowered my rod and gave them slack. Most of them just swim back to the bed with the bait in their jaw. Most fish don't put up much of a fight while spawning.

I caught one little buck, that's it. And it was about as long as a $ too.
They frown upon Pond Prowlers at St Peters Golf Course. Well more like cussing and running them out.
They are not alone in that department either. I've been kicked out of some really nice neighborhoods that same way.
