I grew up going to Bennett and I'm 54. We used to catch real nice browns all the time. Never weighed one because I don't keep them but a lot were 25 inch plus. Laker is right but I haven't been there since they put that hideous pipe in below the main bridge. Which coincidentally is where I used to catch the nicest fish. Although I avoided the main hatchery outflow it usually has some big browns in it in the fall. I just don't like that kind of fishing but you can certainly catch the biggest fish that come into the spring branch there. Pete

Don't bother with this. By the time you get to this stage you already own it and if they deny your application (which they do most often) you're out.

You got that right Rick! My 6 year old grandson thinks I'm the best thing going. Fireworks, BB guns and donuts. My daughter in-law isn't so enamored with me.
