I don't have a canoe or whatever, but if you do the Bourb I'd go if someone had an open seat.
If you ever consider a lake tourney and allow trolling motors I have pond prowler that would work well.
Hit me up if anyone needs a partner, I'm in St Charles.

Go to Woodlands, you'll pass it on your way to Rose's. Those girls in there will shuttle you. It ain't cheap though. Leave your car down in the park at the confluence and forget Rose's.
I don't think the Y store does it.
I think she whacked us for $40.

Let go of the hate FT. Let it flow from you like water through the dam.
My screen name is in reference to all the controversy that was on this forum back in 2005 surrounding shuffling and snagging fish in the outlets at Taney.
I don't need to snag and trout taste bad anyway. I just like to catch em. Now smallies, I love to eat smallies.

I told you I was playing in a golf tourney...
The Post Dispatch ran a picture of a yote in Tower Grove Park last fall.
Actually the park renovation was a private/public project called Forest Park forever.
They did a great job on the golf courses and the club house bars are good too.
I recommend CC when playing that track though, rough crowd.

I play golf in the Park all the time and one of my buddys works for the Park. They have redone all the canals and lakes but unfortunetly they drained them for the work. They have all the canals running water like the old days but it will be a while before bass return. They stock cats, and trout in the winter.
I was playing in the City Championship a couple years ago and a girl comes down the cart path. I said do you know your on a golf course? She says "no, but do you want to pary with me?"
The Park has all kinds of wildlife!!!

This is an earlier post in this thread Bigredbirdfan.
"Discussing it with a couple of people this morning who hav been reading this stuff they were amazed the Corp receives a such a large slice of the generation revenue AND gets the year to year operations and maintenance bill footed by the Presidential Budget, and special capital works come from the Budget too and yet don't pay for mitigation
Perhaps this state of affairs was understandable when the dam was first built with a much lower population/power demand. Now Bull Shoals is paid for and its a cash cow.
The Corp simply should meet the bill with an earmarked very specification allocation to meet the needs of the mitigation hatcheries, including the $ in deferred maintenance _ after all that was the intent of the statement in the budget from the Commander in Chief"

One method I used to use was those little trout cheese worms. They sold them in the trout parks, and I'm sure they still do. Some were two colors others have a stripe. I fished them whacky style with a split shot above them. They are absolutely deadly on finicky smallies.
I've used them in Tablerock and they work there also. Now, you will have trouble with sunfish but in my experience when a smallie wants it he'll, get it. They have a deadly action that they can't resist.

Don't you mean wife AND gf???
Teeny craw, half ounce jig and pig, 3/8 oz spinnerbait, flukes and senkos, and hard plastic top waters.
I prefer working from the top down. But size matters and I'm like Al, hate catching all those sunfish.
