This is a shot of our fabrication yard.
We are directly below Lake St Louis and they are telling us we might have to evacuate becasue the Lake St Louis dam might fail.
We've never had water up to the building before.
Lucky the steel pipe weighs enough not to get blown out.
I grew up in a Italian family.
Grandparents came over from north Italy.
I watched the Soprano's but never heard they're lingo around my house.
My dad's Italian dialect was so severe he couldn't speak to locals in Rome.

I love braid for jig and pig fishing.
You can't "not" feel a bite with that stuff.
I want the same thing from the Nano with a Ned.
All bass, beware!!
Pete
I buy it on the hill in st Louis.
Imported from Italy.
There is a hard and soft version.
Hard is more like a blue cheese.
Soft is spreadable.
Both stink to high heaven but taste wonderful.
Goes well with nice glass of St Suppery Rutherford 1999.
BBQ shrimp tonight!!!!!

I know.
I mostly fish out of my pond prowler and I like a little longer rod.
I'm sitting and I'm sitting close to the water.
Thanks though.
I'm going to give the nano a good run this time.
Pete
I just ordered a new Ned stick.
7' St Croix ML Eyecon per Ham's recommendation.
And..........I'm going Nano on this one.
I used gift cards I got yesterday under the tree.

I was at the local urban trout pond last week and I really wanted to try the ned.
No soft plastics or scented baits are allowed though.
Although a guy across from us had no problem using bait.
I guess he thought we wouldn't notice him going to his pocket after every cast. With a bait caster no less.

I don't know how far you have to go but with 4-6 inches forecast the next couple days I doubt it will be low.
But then again..........Who the heck knows when dealing with COE and SWPA.
If you go post up a report please.
Pete
I went this way a long while back too.
Nothing worse than getting dogged on the internet about a fishing report or whatever.
I like any post someone is willing to share, pics or not
Thanks, Norm.
